Dragon’s Way Qigong® is a complete 6-week TCM healing system — not a fitness class, not symptom management. A root-cause transformation rooted in 5,000 years of Chinese medicine.
Grand Master Nan Lu and the TCM World team share what makes Dragon's Way Qigong® unlike any other wellness program available today — and why this ancient approach remains the most powerful path to genuine healing.
Chinese civilization has given the world two extraordinary gifts that have never stopped being relevant: Chinese Medicine as a healing art — addressing the whole person across body, mind, and spirit — and Chinese Martial Arts as a path of personal cultivation, demanding discipline, presence, and a sustained relationship with one's own inner power. Dragon's Way Qigong® was created at the intersection of both.
At the heart of Chinese culture is the mystery of the Dragon — not as myth, but as symbol of invisible power. The dragon moves between the visible world and the invisible world. It is unfathomable, timeless and mysterious. That is the spirit of the Dragon this program carries.
Dragon's Way Qigong® was built on one question: What kind of practice truly addresses the relationship between your body, mind, and consciousness? The answer unfolds across every level of the program — from the wisdom of how you eat, all the way to the direct, personal experience of Qi itself.
“Dragon's Way Qigong® is not just an exercise program, not a new scientific technique, not another wellness trend. This program shows people the source of life itself — that both the visible world and the invisible world are real.”
— Grand Master Lu, Dragon's Way Qigong® FounderThrough understanding Qi, practicing correct movements with repeated effort, and following the guidance of a lineage thousands of years in the making — the student gains real, lasting health benefits. Not theory. Not temporary relief. A genuine shift in how the body functions, how energy flows, and how life is experienced.
Once the body is out of balance, then illness sets in in stages. The Dragon's Way Qigong® helps to bring your body back to balance to restore your health.
Dragon's Way works at every stage. Restore balance before disease progresses further.

Ten select Wu Ming Qigong movements are the cornerstone of the program. Practiced regularly, they cleanse the body and restore overall energy.
Our recommended eating style supports energetic balance — choosing foods that nourish specific organ systems and foster a healthy relationship with eating.
The ancient Five Element Framework teaches you to read the body's signals — emotional upset, headaches, joint stiffness — as messages rather than problems. A new sense of freedom becomes your way of living.
Like food, herbs carry a unique energetic essence. The herbs formulated for Dragon's Way support the body's return to balance — especially recommended when multiple health concerns are present.
This component helps you slow down within a fast-paced world — learning to listen to what your body is truly asking for and weaving these teachings into the rhythm of daily life.
Traditional Chinese Medicine is not a set of treatments — it is a complete map of life. Each of the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water) governs an organ system, a season, an emotion, a time of day, and a direction of life energy. When you understand this framework, your symptoms stop being random — and your body starts making perfect sense.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, symptoms are not problems to suppress — they are the body's communication system. Each organ has its own language. When you learn to read it, nothing your body does is random anymore.
“Symptoms are the body’s way of asking for support. Maintaining the free flow of energy is the key to good health. These messages don’t necessarily indicate a problem with the physical organ — they signal an energetic imbalance.”— Grand Master Nan Lu, Dragon’s Way Qigong® Guidebook
Explore your understanding of TCM’s Five Element Framework through three interactive quizzes. Each round draws from a pool of 35+ questions — a new experience every time.
Which organ does this food most support?
Dragon's Way Qigong® does not treat symptoms in isolation. It moves through the organ systems in a deliberate sequence — the same sequence that Traditional Chinese Medicine has followed for thousands of years. Each week builds on the last.
Before the programme can work, the body needs to stop spending more than it earns. Week 1 introduces the concept of Qi — your life force — and begins the process of reducing energy leaks. The Qigong practice starts with four foundational movements. The eating-for-healing plan removes the heaviest burdens on the digestive system.
“Learning to save your energy — and acquire more — is the key to your success with Dragon’s Way Qigong.”
The Liver is the focal point of the entire Dragon’s Way programme. It governs the smooth flow of Qi and blood throughout the entire body. When Liver Qi stagnates — through stress, anger, or a hectic lifestyle — every other system is affected. A healed Liver is not just one organ healed. It is the whole body’s flow restored.
“Do you want to be like the cat that is strong, agile and flexible, or like the cow which has huge muscles but little strength?”
The Kidney stores the Qi you were born with — your constitutional reserve. It governs longevity, bone density, hormonal health, memory, and deep vitality. Most people living with chronic fatigue are quietly drawing from this reserve without replenishing it.
“Think of your life as a candle. Some candles are small, some are large. How wisely you burn your flame will determine how well you live your life.”
The Spleen and Stomach transform food, emotion, and experience into usable energy. When this system is weak, the body draws from its Kidney reserves to compensate. Worry and overthinking are the specific emotions that deplete it fastest.
“Emotions have a stronger effect than food on our bodies. On one level, you are what you eat; at a higher level, you are what you think.”
The Lung is the great distributor of Qi. It also governs the skin, the outer immune layer, and the body’s capacity for release. Together with the Large Intestine, this pair processes not only breath and waste, but grief, sadness, and anything the body is holding onto unnecessarily.
“Every day is an opportunity to discover yourself. Celebrate the process even more than the goal. And then, let it go.”
The Heart is reached last — and deliberately. In TCM, the Heart is the sovereign: it governs consciousness, spirit (Shen), and the emotional life of every organ. When all other organs have been brought into balance, the Heart can finally rest in its proper place. This is where the change becomes permanent.
“If you want to heal someone, you have to first heal yourself. You can only give someone what you have.”
Founder, Dragon’s Way Qigong® & Wu Ming Qigong · TCM World Foundation
Grand Master Nan Lu is a living Taoist master, healer, and teacher — and one of the most rare and authentic voices in traditional Chinese healing alive today. He is the founder of Dragon’s Way Qigong® and the carrier of the Wu Ming Qigong lineage in the West. In a world full of wellness programs and self-proclaimed masters, Grand Master Lu is, simply put, the real deal.
His lineage is not a modern synthesis or a curated wellness approach. Grand Master Lu himself teaches that there are three kinds of Qigong systems in the world — and Wu Ming Qigong belongs to the first: the traditional system, transmitted master to student, generation to generation, traceable all the way back through the lineages. You can follow the chain. It does not begin with him. It runs through him — from a living line that connects back to the ancient Taoist philosophers Lao Tzu and Zhuangzi.
“The first qigong system is a traditional qigong system — a master passes to a student, the student passes to their student, generation to generation. You can trace back to their lineages. Our qigong, Wu Ming Qigong — the lineage is linked with Lao Tzu and Zhuang Tzu.”
— Grand Master Nan LuGrand Master Lu founded TCM World Foundation in New York with one purpose: to bring not just the techniques, but the consciousness of Traditional Chinese Medicine to the Western world. He has authored multiple books on Dragon’s Way Qigong and trained hundreds of certified instructors who carry these teachings to students across the United States and beyond.
What distinguishes Grand Master Lu from nearly any other teacher in Qigong or integrative wellness is this: he does not teach techniques alone — he encourages each student to grow. Every class, every program, every conversation he offers is designed to awaken the direct, lived experience of Qi — that invisible yet undeniable life force that ancient Chinese masters understood as the foundation of all health, harmony, and transformation.
When you study Dragon’s Way Qigong®, you are not studying a wellness trend. You are receiving something that has been preserved, passed down, and kept alive across thousands of years — for exactly this moment.
Every Dragon's Way Qigong® instructor is personally certified by Grand Master Nan Lu through the TCM World Foundation. They carry not just the techniques — but the spirit and consciousness of this lineage.
I didn't come to Qigong as a teacher — I came as someone looking for an answer. [1–2 sentences: the health issue or burnout that conventional paths couldn't resolve.]
What I found in Wu Ming Qigong was not a technique but a lineage — a living transmission passed master to student, from Grand Master Nan Lu back to the Taoist masters of 2,500 years ago. I trained in Dragon's Way Qigong® under his tradition. Everything I teach comes from it: his framework, his ideas, his decades of wisdom.
I founded Taoquen for one reason: you cannot understand Traditional Chinese Medicine until you have experienced Qi in your own body. My role is to make that experience real for you — to pass on what I received, not to claim what I learned.
All instructors are trained and certified through the TCM World Foundation under Grand Master Nan Lu's direct guidance.

These are not extraordinary people. They are ordinary people who made a decision to heal.
"I was a functional wreck — successful on the outside, exhausted on the inside. I hadn't slept through the night in four years. My digestion was a disaster and I was on three medications. A friend dragged me to Dragon's Way. Within the first two weeks something shifted in my sleep. By week four I was waking up rested for the first time I could remember. I eventually came off two of my medications under my doctor's guidance. This program changed the trajectory of my life."
"I'm 58 years old and spent the last decade thinking the fatigue, the stiffness, the brain fog — that was just aging. My doctor had no answers beyond 'that's normal for your age.' Dragon's Way showed me it wasn't normal. It was my Kidney Qi depleted. Three months in, I feel stronger than I did at 45. My lower back pain — which was daily for six years — is gone. Gone."
"Perimenopause hit me like a wall — hot flashes every two hours, weight gain I couldn't explain, anxiety I'd never had before. My gynecologist said to wait it out. A colleague mentioned Dragon's Way. I was skeptical. Six weeks later the hot flashes were down by 80%. The anxiety lifted. I lost eleven pounds without dieting. Western medicine had nothing to offer me — this had everything."
Every day you wait, the energy debt compounds. The patterns don't fix themselves — but they do deepen. These programs meet you exactly where you are, with a 5,000-year-old system proven to work.
Seats are limited to maintain an intimate, high-attention group experience. Reserve your place before the cohort fills.
People who consistently achieve extraordinary health transformations are not genetically lucky — they're operating from a completely different system. Dragon's Way Qigong® is that system. Built by Grand Master Nan Lu over 30+ years of clinical practice, this is not a fitness program. It is a complete energetic healing protocol that addresses root causes — not symptoms.
